WHOLESALE TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to the Revena® Wholesale Program — where performance, integrity, and partnership come first.

By applying for or participating in our wholesale program, you agree to the following terms designed to ensure mutual success, transparency, and professionalism.

🔷 1. PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY

  • Wholesale access is reserved for approved B2B accounts only.
  • Applicants must represent a registered business, gym, retailer, or distributor.
  • Minimum opening orders may apply depending on region and product category.
  • Revena reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its discretion.

Once approved, you’ll receive wholesale pricing, catalog access, and ongoing partner support.

🔷 2. APPLICATION & APPROVAL PROCESS

Complete the Wholesale Application Form on our website. Provide accurate business details including:

  • Company name, contact person, and tax ID (if applicable)
  • Business type and target market
  • Estimated monthly order volume
  • Applications are reviewed within 24–48 hours, and accepted accounts will receive onboarding instructions by email.

🔷 3. ORDERING & PAYMENT

  • Orders are placed directly through your Revena Wholesale Account or via an assigned representative.
  • Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and secure bank transfer for bulk invoices.
  • All wholesale orders are billed in USD unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payment must be completed in full before shipment unless alternate terms have been arranged in writing.

🔷 4. WHOLESALE PRICING

  • Approved partners receive discounted pricing with volume-based tiers ranging from 50–90% OFF retail.
  • Pricing is subject to change without prior notice based on material costs, exchange rates, or production updates.
  • All prices exclude shipping, taxes, or import duties unless stated otherwise.

Resale pricing must comply with Revena’s brand integrity guidelines to ensure fair market positioning.

🔷 5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Processing Time: 24-72 hours after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery Time: 7–14 business days worldwide (depending on destination).
  • Tracking: You’ll receive an email once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for scans to update.
  • Split Shipments: Larger orders may ship in multiple boxes to expedite delivery.
  • Address Changes: Must be submitted within 12 hours of placing an order.
  • Duties/Taxes: These are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated (DAP terms).
  • Delays: If your order hasn’t updated after 5 business days, contact 📧 support@revenawear.com with your PO number.

🔷 6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer a 15-day return window on eligible wholesale orders.

Conditions:

  • Items must be new, unused, and unwashed, with original tags/polybags intact.
  • Clearance, custom, or final-sale items are non-returnable.
  • Defects or shortages must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos and a packing slip.
  • An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required before sending anything back.

Refunds:

  • Processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
  • Issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

Exchanges:

  • To ensure speed, place a new order while we process your return simultaneously.

🔷 7. CONTENT & REPRESENTATION

  • Wholesale partners agree to represent the Revena® brand professionally across all sales and marketing channels.
  • Unauthorized use of logos, photos, or product descriptions is prohibited unless written permission is granted.
  • Resellers may not claim to be official Revena subsidiaries or exclusive distributors.

Revena reserves the right to withdraw wholesale access if the brand is misrepresented or guidelines are violated.

🔷 8. CONFIDENTIALITY

All wholesale pricing, terms, and materials shared are confidential and intended solely for authorized partners.

Sharing internal information, product catalogs, or promotional materials without approval is strictly prohibited.

🔷 9. LIABILITY & WARRANTIES

  • Revena guarantees all products against manufacturing defects.
  • Revena is not responsible for losses resulting from misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized modification.
  • Under no circumstances shall Revena’s liability exceed the purchase price of the order in question.

🔷 10. TERMINATION

Revena reserves the right to terminate any wholesale account for:

  • Policy violations or brand misrepresentation
  • Repeated payment issues or chargebacks
  • Inactivity exceeding 90 days without communication
  • Abuse of discounts, coupon codes, or resale terms

Termination may result in forfeiture of pending orders, discounts, or partner privileges.

🔷 11. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in Ontario, Canada.

🔷 12. UPDATES TO TERMS

We may update these Wholesale Terms periodically to reflect operational or legal changes.

The revised Terms will always be posted with an updated Effective Date.
