REWARDS PROGRAM POLICY

Welcome to the Revena Rewards Program — our way of thanking loyal customers for their continued support and dedication to us.
By participating, you agree to the terms below, which ensure fairness, transparency, and responsible participation for all members.
🔷 1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Revena Rewards Program (“Program”) allows customers to earn and redeem points (“Revena Points”) for purchases, engagement, and referrals made through www.revenawear.com.
- Membership is free and automatically applied when you create an account.
- Points have no cash value and may only be redeemed for eligible rewards listed within the program.
- Points, tiers, and rewards are managed through Smile.io, our official loyalty platform.
🔷 2. EARNING REWARDS POINTS
Members can earn points through the following actions (subject to change as the program evolves):
Create a Revena Account – +200 points (≈ $2 value)
Make a Purchase – 5 points per $1 spent
Refer a Friend – 600 points after referred friend’s first purchase (≈ $6 value)
Bonus Events: Revena may run temporary promotions offering accelerated point multipliers or exclusive event rewards.
🔷 3. REDEEMING POINTS
- Points can be redeemed directly at checkout or through your Revena Rewards Dashboard.
- Redemption options may include discounts, exclusive offers, or limited drops.
- Minimum redemption threshold: 100 points ($1 value).
- Points cannot be used to cover shipping, taxes, or gift card purchases.
- Points used in a purchase that is later refunded will be deducted from your balance.
🔷 4. TIER SYSTEM (COMING SOON)
We’re building a tiered experience for our most loyal customers.
Each level will offer exclusive benefits such as:
- Early access to new drops
- Priority support
- Exclusive rewards and limited collabs
- Birthday and anniversary bonuses
Your continued engagement determines your tier status — details will be announced through our Rewards Dashboard and email updates.
🔷 5. EXPIRATION & ACCOUNT ACTIVITY
- Points remain valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
- Inactivity (no purchases or engagement for 12 months) may result in point expiration.
- Account deletion or violation of terms will result in forfeiture of all remaining points.
We’ll always notify members before major expirations or system updates.
🔷 6. RETURNS & ADJUSTMENTS
- If an order is refunded, points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account.
- If a partial refund is issued, points will be adjusted accordingly.
- Any misuse (fake referrals, duplicate accounts, self-referrals) may result in suspension from the program.
🔷 7. CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM
Revena reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time, including but not limited to:
- Point earning rates
- Redemption rules
- Tier structures
- Eligible products or exclusions
Any major updates will be communicated via email or through your Rewards Dashboard.
