REFUND & RETURN POLICY

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, our hassle-free return and refund process ensures you’re taken care of — no stress, no hidden fees.
🔷 1. ELIGIBILITY
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for all eligible items.
Some items may include an extended up to 90-day return window, if clearly stated on the product page.
To qualify, products must be:
• Unused, unwashed, and unworn
• In original packaging, with tags and protective seals intact
• Free from damage or alteration not caused by shipping
Items that fail to meet these conditions may be rejected for return.
🔷 2. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return or refund request:
- Visit our Return Form page and submit your order details.
- You’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a return label (if applicable).
- Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email about your refund status.
Refunds are typically processed within 2–5 business days after inspection.
🔷 3. REFUND METHODS
Approved refunds will be issued through your original payment method.
If you paid via credit/debit card, it may take 5–10 business days for your bank to reflect the funds.
Refunds for orders placed with store credit or a coupon will be reissued as store credit only.
🔷 4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For quality reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards or digital downloads
- Customized or personalized products
🔷 5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@revenawear.com.
- Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
- We’ll prioritize your replacement or issue a full refund, depending on stock availability.
🔷 6. SHIPPING COSTS ON RETURNS
- Return shipping is free for items covered under our Free Return Guarantee.
- For other cases, shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund amount.
🔷 7. CANCELLATIONS
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase if they haven’t been processed.
- After dispatch, cancellations are no longer possible. You may proceed through the return process once the item arrives.
🔷 8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank or credit card account again.
- Then contact your payment provider — it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
- If the issue persists, reach out to us directly for assistance.
