REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Revena®, we want every purchase to be stress-free and risk-free.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, our hassle-free return and refund process ensures you’re taken care of — no stress, no hidden fees.

🔷 1. ELIGIBILITY

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for all eligible items.
Some items may include an extended up to 90-day return window, if clearly stated on the product page.

To qualify, products must be:
Unused, unwashed, and unworn
In original packaging, with tags and protective seals intact
Free from damage or alteration not caused by shipping

Items that fail to meet these conditions may be rejected for return.

🔷 2. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return or refund request:

  1. Visit our Return Form page and submit your order details.
  2. You’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a return label (if applicable).
  3. Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging.
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email about your refund status.

Refunds are typically processed within 2–5 business days after inspection.

🔷 3. REFUND METHODS

Approved refunds will be issued through your original payment method.

If you paid via credit/debit card, it may take 5–10 business days for your bank to reflect the funds.

Refunds for orders placed with store credit or a coupon will be reissued as store credit only.

🔷 4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For quality reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards or digital downloads
  • Customized or personalized products

🔷 5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@revenawear.com.
  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • We’ll prioritize your replacement or issue a full refund, depending on stock availability.

🔷 6. SHIPPING COSTS ON RETURNS

  • Return shipping is free for items covered under our Free Return Guarantee.
  • For other cases, shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund amount.

🔷 7. CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase if they haven’t been processed.
  • After dispatch, cancellations are no longer possible. You may proceed through the return process once the item arrives.

🔷 8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank or credit card account again.
  • Then contact your payment provider — it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
  • If the issue persists, reach out to us directly for assistance.
